We just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciated your expertise and professionalism in handling the sale of our personal investment property.  We had the property under contract with another agent in a different office for six months, chasing a down market.  After the expiration of the contract, I signed a listing agreement with you at Exit Realty. After talking with you, it was clear you had a complete understanding of the market conditions including the specific needs of buyers and was able to position the listing so that it would sell quickly- which it did!  What a relief.  If we had only listed our property with you from the beginning, we probably would have saved ourselves from the declining prices and would have made 30K more.  That’s an expensive lesson to learn…

Hello Brooke,

We wanted to take the time and thank you for all the hard work you put into getting us the house of our dreams. Every thing worked out great for us and if it wasn't for your smooth talking we would not be here right now enjoying our home. Thank you for being patient with our kids I know they can be a handful at times. We still have some unpacking to do but its been a wonderful experience moving in. David has been working alot so as soon as we have some time we will go out for dinner. Don't forget us! God bless you always.

            Brooke this letter is in regards to the outstanding service I have received from you during my first house buying experience.  We started our communication in March 2007, 3 months before I moved to my current city of residence.  From the very beginning, you were helpful, informative and extremely professional.

When I arrived you were ready to show me any house that I was interested in.  We looked at a total of 14 houses in a 2 days span.  Never did you get upset when I did not like a particular house, it was just time go to the next house.  You were ready and able to answer any question, no matter what it might be.  You even went so far as to have the route mapped out so we could se the time wisely without backtracking.  Thank you Brooke for not trying to “sell” me a house, you helped me “find” the house that I wanted.
